All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday will be processed the next business day. Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backorders will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Please note that Torq 3rd members, fabricated axle housings, and axle assemblies are build to order items. While we regularly manufacture these items the custom nature of manufacturing often dictates these item be built on an order by order basis.

A tracking number is typically emailed to you once an order has been completed and shipped. However, in the event a non Torq item is not in stock, Torq Motorsports may choose to have it shipped directly from the manufacturer so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
For Lost or Damaged Shipments Please contact Customer Service at 801-298-1008. If your shipment has been damaged immediately inform the shipping carrier as well as photograph and document the condition that you have received your shipment. If you happen to receive a damaged shipment it is very important that keep the original packing until a shipping claim has been resolved.
